Roles and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a motivated & customer-oriented Principal Lead System to begin an exciting and challenging career with us.


  • Supervise and manage senior-level system administration responsibilities and project management activities.
  • Provides complex technical support in systems administration including installation, configuration and maintenance of enterprise software, applications, databases, and servers; researches, troubleshoots and resolves problems related to identity management, email, mobile devices, internet issues, document management, systems availability or performance, or related issues.
  • Ensures appropriate security measures are in place for individuals and departments;
  • Installs and configures network operating systems.
  • Coordinates with help desk staff to ensure documentation is complete and prepares status reports as necessary
  • Operational maintenance of Microsoft Based servers including 2012, 2016 and 2019 servers,
  • Provide Tier 3 support to the desktop engineering team.
  • Working with the team in the configuration and maintenance of Networking devices including Firewalls.
  • Providing Tier-3 support to clients.
  • Leading small and mid-level technical projects. Will work independently and coordinate with other team members in the successful completion of the project. Keeping management up-to-date with daily progress of the projects and escalating any issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintenance of enterprise applications including Exchange Server, Web Servers and other small-business applications hosted by clients.
  • Email Migration (including migration to cloud based email providers)
  • Server Migration (including migration to cloud based environments like Azure or AWS).
  • Expertise/working knowledge of in cloud technologies Azure / AWS (preferably Azure)

Basic Requirements/Qualification:
1) Excellent English Communication Skills:
– Ability to deal directly with customers and bring a customer first approach
– Be able to convey complex technical challenges to clients in succinct manner
– Preferable have International client handling Exposure (Middle east, Australia, UK) but not critical

2) System Administration:
-Should be able to work as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft windows technologies.
– Hands on exp on total lifecycle experience of Enterprise backup Systems, Disaster Recovery.
– Working knowledge of Firewalls, and VPN; Any direct experience in these is a plus.

3) Cloud Technologies:
-Should at least have 1-2years experience in Cloud Technologies (preferably Azure).
-Azure: Create a strategy for establishing a secure and well-managed enterprise environment in Azure using Azure concepts.
-should have subject matter expertise in designing and implementing solutions that run on Microsoft Azure, including aspects like compute, network, storage, and security
-Office 365: Expertise in Office 365 suite. SharePoint, OneDrive.
-AWS: Utilizing EC2, VPC, AMI in planning, implementation, and growth of the infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Expertise/working knowledge of using services such as Route 53 (DNS), CloudFront (CDN) and Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) to design your cloud networking
Handon on basic services like SQS (simple queuing), SNS (notifications) and RDS (Relational Database Service).

4) Soft Skills:
– Should be a natural problem solver with great work ethic
– Should be flexible with evolving needs in network administration
– Self-starter with minimal oversight.

5) Leaderships Skills:

  • Ability to inspire and convince direct & indirect reports
  • Empathy & good communication skills with senior clients/executive audience
  • Direct experience of managing people.
