Two decades in the technology space have made Ashu into a leader with a passion for data & technology. Prior to co-founding Orion, Ashu held Strategy Leadership roles in various Fortune 500 companies. He also has a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology which has helped him introduce meticulous process automation and a data-based decision-making approach at Orion.

Our resident Finance & Audit expert brings ten years of experience and a penchant for exploring new technologies to solve complex challenges. As our COO, Sarvesh is constantly on the lookout for new ways to apply technologies to our clients’ emergent business needs. Once new processes and practices have been vetted and standardized, he ensures they are seamlessly incorporated into our operations and the services we deliver.

For 15 years, Samantha has been leading high-performing teams to further develop and grow the business. As our VP of Business Development and Client Relations, SamanthaJo helps usher our team toward our strategic vision for the future, facilitating day-to-day initiatives in service of the Core Mission of our company. She is also quite passionate about maintaining a fun workplace culture and simply loves bringing in candy bars for her co-workers and clients.

Nishant leads a team of engineers and directly manages several client engagements He ensures he is methodical in understanding each of his client’s setups, specific nuances, and coordinates across various tiers of engineers to ensure smooth operations across various technology requests. He also had a passion for optimizing various business processes which allows him to constantly improve the way we maintain documentation and service each of our clients.

Rashid leads our second team of engineers and some say is a Siamese twin of Nishant given how much they coordinate and stay in sync while ensuring a best-in-class service to our clients. His love of problem-solving makes him an ideal go-to guy for various complex technology challenges. Additionally, he leads several client infrastructure/project implementations.

VJ is a highly skilled and experienced account manager with a passion for helping businesses succeed. VJ also holds a degree in Computer Science and has combined his passion for helping businesses with his tech know-how.
He is one of the most patient guy with a unique ability to build trust quickly with his clients through active listening, understanding their needs and finding solutions that meet those needs. He also loves his to-do lists and detailed notes which keeps him highly organized and enables him to on top of things with all his clients simultaneously. VJ is always looking for new ways to add value to his client’s businesses. Being a team player, and he is always willing to go the extra mile to help his team succeed.
In VJ’s free time, he enjoys hiking, enjoying nature, exploring new food joints, and spending time with his family.

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Sandy is a Virginia Tech graduate with a background in education and a decade of experience as a solo systems administrator. Transitioning to Orion marked a pivotal step in Sandy’s career, where he excels in tackling intricate IT challenges. Outside of work, Sandy finds fulfillment in disassembling electronics with his children and indulging in competitive sessions of Rocket League

With over a decade of experience in network security and systems administration, Fernando brings the same precision and discipline from his years as a U.S. Army Airborne veteran to solving complex IT challenges. He specializes in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and advanced networking to deliver reliable, secure solutions for our clients. Armed with degrees in Information Technology and Computer Network Systems, Fernando ensures IT infrastructures are optimized for performance and scalability. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he bridges technical complexity with clear communication, empowering teams and clients to work more efficiently and securely.

With 26 years of experience in Information Technology, Scott is a seasoned professional specializing in network engineering, project design, and managed IT services. As a Director of Service Delivery, Scott combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver exceptional IT solutions that drive business success.

Scott joined NetQuest (An Orion Company) in 2004, where he has since advanced through multiple roles, including Network Engineer, Project Design and Management, Account Management, and ultimately Service Director. His responsibilities encompass designing complex network infrastructures, overseeing IT service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive account management and strategic planning.

Scott’s technical proficiency spans network architecture, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud solutions, and IT service management, making him a trusted advisor for organizations seeking reliable and scalable technology solutions.

When he is not helping clients, Scott enjoys being a father, a Lacross coach, riding his motorcycle and working on his next automotive restoration project.

A lifetime Maryland resident, Victor brings five years of hands-on experience as a systems administrator supported by certifications in CCNA and AWS Solutions Architecture. His career began in the education field working with children with disabilities, a role that shaped his trademark patience, empathy, and client-focused approach. Known for his attention to detail and calm problem-solving style, Victor is dedicated to delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions that put the client first. Outside of work, Victor enjoys playing guitar, DJing, and exploring the EDM scene.

Erik is very passionate about technology and has transformed that enthusiasm into a successful career. With more than 28 years of experience, he continues to thrive in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Erik spent 16 years working as a computer hardware repair specialist for a local retail company. That experience fueled his passion for technology, problem-solving and customer service. His interests, experience and solid work ethic transitioned into network and server support, where Erik has further specialized for over a decade. Erik’s deep technical expertise and commitment to problem-solving make him a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Erik enjoys models, 3D printing, radio-controlled cars and boats, as well as attending live concerts, and camping whenever possible.
