With 26 years of experience in Information Technology, Scott is a seasoned professional specializing in network engineering, project design, and managed IT services. As a Director of Service Delivery, Scott combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver exceptional IT solutions that drive business success.

Scott joined NetQuest (An Orion Company) in 2004, where he has since advanced through multiple roles, including Network Engineer, Project Design and Management, Account Management, and ultimately Service Director. His responsibilities encompass designing complex network infrastructures, overseeing IT service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive account management and strategic planning.

Scott’s technical proficiency spans network architecture, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud solutions, and IT service management, making him a trusted advisor for organizations seeking reliable and scalable technology solutions.
